While there are many things which contribute to a successful photo session, I have learned that the most important factor in creating beautiful and genuine images is building a bond between myself and my clients. It truly helps provide sincere laughs, and allows the sparkle of love in my client's eyes to shine through. I was lucky enough to find this great connection with Jeannie and Moses, whose engagement session I recently photographed. It all started while shooting and wandering around Potrero Hill while the spring sun warmed us up as we peered out at the beautiful San Francisco skyline. We were making each other laugh right off the bat! We then headed to the always breathtaking Lands End and took a few romantic portraits of the couple being their true selves in love. Before stopping at out last location, we decided to make a detour to Coqueta for a few snacks and a drink to warm up. After chatting, laughing and defrosting a bit, we ended the night with a dance on the Embarcadero, rounding out the perfect San Francisco day.
I had such a great time bonding with these two and felt not only our professional connection growing, but a true friendship starting as well. Now I REALLY can't wait for their wedding in May!
Thank you again for a magical time Jeannie and Moses! Cheers to you both!
